February...the month of Valentine's Day...the month of love!
So this month's classes will focus on - heart-openers!
Shoulder & chest opening poses are therapeutic especially for those who work at a computer the majority of the day, most days of the week.
Heart opening poses also:
- open the front body
- bring mobility to the spine
- stimulate the abdomen & throat
- strengthens back muscles
- helps improve rounded upper back (kyphosis)
- helps relieve mild depression (including winter blues!)
